Please note that the Vessel is already BWTS fitted, has a shaft generator
(unusual for a Japanese-built ship), has a high maximum discharging rate and
good cargo heating, all of which are useful to buyers and positive points for
the valuation.

tanks / solid bulkheads, please note that the Vessel also has a high total
stainless steel weight ( more than 600 tons soli stst plus abt 100 tons of clad
STST)which adds considerably to its future recycling value.
