Atlantic Marine - Mobile is a repair and conversion shipyard located in the
Port of Mobile, Alabama. We have two drydocks including the 'Alabama' which can
accommodate a vessel up to 950' in length and 164' wide. It has a lifting
capacity of 50,000 long tons. Drydock 17 accommodates vessels up to 625' in
length and 90' wide with a lifting capacity up to 35,000 DWT. The yard includes
6,000' of pier space and several paved acres for storage related to offshore
rigs. We also offer indoor storage. The Goliath crane offers 275 tons of
lifting capacity. We have complete on-site craft shops including hull, paint,
electrical, pipe and rigging. A unique 7-day-a-week scheduling policy allows us
to reduce overtime. Atlantic Marine - Mobile offers unrestricted, deep water
access to the Gulf of Mexico. Atlantic Marine services marine, offshore,
cruise and military/government vessels. We are the first shipyard in the US to
achieve ISO 9002 accreditation. |
